The $38,000 Bonus That Cost Them Everything

After five years at Weston Group, Erin has built and managed a network of 220 suppliers—only to receive a year-end bonus of just $38,000. With only eight days left on her contract, she finds herself facing constant pressure from senior management and a newly hired executive who is all theory and no real-world experience. Rather than renew her contract, Erin walks away and builds Nansen Supply Chain from the ground up—without relying on her family's wealth or influence. Through trust, professionalism, and clear principles, she proves that a person's true value can never be measured by a company's salary or bonus.
